Law360, Miami (March 12, 2015, 5:00 PM ET) — Miami-based lender and financial services company Hencorp Becstone Capital LC will pay $3.8 million to resolve allegations that it made false statements and claims to the Export-Import Bank of the United States to obtain loan guarantees, the U.S. Department of Justice announced Thursday.
